Mark your calendars for Nerd Nite

Hey folks, just so you know, I (Georgia, Director of The Hacktory) have been invited to present at Nerd Nite Philly in October. In case you aren’t familiar with Nerd Nite, it’s a monthly event happening at Frankford Hall where a few speakers talk about a range of nerdy topics each time. If you’ve never been, swing by September’s Nerd Nite on the 19th, but for sure mark your calendar for October 10th when I’ll be talking about hackerspaces, what we do at The Hacktory, and a few ideas for ways you can start hacking (if you don’t already). Doors open at 7 pm, show starts at 8, and there’s a $5 cover. As they say at Nerd Nite, be there and be square, yo.
