The High Visibility Project is collecting videos of women telling their stories about working or trying to break into the tech field. This is a great idea coming out of the Columbus Girl Develop It group. Their goals are to give women in technology a platform to speak up and be visible; to give women interested in technology valuable, varied insights and role models; and to give women and men in technology a conversational starting place.
