Be sure to stop by our Design Day this Saturday. We’re inviting anyone and everyone to help us brainstorm kits, posters, t-shirts, origami, toys, and anything that we could sell to help subsidize our classes for artists and starving hackers. We will also have materials handy for experimenting with making circuits out of conductive ink and doing other fun crafty things with LEDs and paper, if that scratches your creative itch a little more.
We’ll have a critique at the end of the day, and if you finish your design by the end of the month, we’ll give you a cut of whatever profit it makes between now and Dec. 31, 2011. This event is free, we’ll be around Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm, and we’ll provide some coffee and sandwiches too. Helping us fund more cool classes and make them accessible is the name of the game.
